How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@piratecampco.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns Policy
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs & a 20% restocking/admin fee.
If the item has been fitted, damaged or marked in any way we will not be able to process a refund.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@piratecampco.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Easy, buy a second mount, you will only need the one cage. put mounts on as many vehicles, boats, bikes, buggys or vans as you like, and simply swap between them all in seconds.

Item is really good tested out this long weekend
Only problem I had was the hole they drill didn’t line up all the way just off so the pin wouldn’t go in so I have to make the hole deeper on one side but that fine they had Good customer service was about 3 weeks before I got the item but they were good on the information to keep me updated what was happing with it I would recommend getting this product strong and not going to fall off your car

Love it this mount, not as low profile as some others but sits lower than my awning so definitely not noticeable for any sticky fingers, the quick release latch hole fits a little padlock for added security is great. Have mounts on both cars so can swap between them very easily. Love the products guys, keep them rolling out
