At Pirate Camp Co., we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. To ensure clarity and consistency, we
have outlined our detailed return policy below. Please review it carefully before initiating a return.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns of unused, undamaged items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Returns are
subject to the following conditions:

Return Goods Authority (RGA) Application:

Customers must apply for a Return Goods Authority (RGA) prior to sending back any items. Returns without an approved RGA will not be processed.

To request an RGA, please click on the RGA Button below, and fill in the form. Please provide as much information as you can to ensure a speedy approval of the RGA. Photographic evidence of undamaged and unused products is essential as used or damaged products, if received, will not be approved for a refund.

Approval Process:

Once we receive your RGA request, our team will review it within 3-5 business days.If the return is approved, we will provide you with an RGA number and detailed return instructions.

Restocking Fee and Shipping Costs

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately by emailing sales@piratecampco.com.au with the following:

  • - Order number
  • - Description of the damage or defect
  • - Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging

We address such cases on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Exclusions

The following items may not be returned/refunded under this policy:

  • - Items that have been used (unless faulty)
  • - Any item not in its original condition
  • - Items with damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • - Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • - Any custom/personalised item made to order once the design has been approved
  • - Gift vouchers
