Shipping Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): Estimated delivery time is 5 - 7 business days.
  • Express Shipping (Australia): Estimated delivery time is 3 - 5 business days for those who need their items faster.
  • International Shipping: For our international customers, we offer shipping to select countries, including New Zealand, with an estimated delivery time of 7 - 14 business days.

Local Delivery

We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers, primarily Australia Post and DHL. Occasionally, we may source other reliable couriers to ensure your order arrives promptly. If you have specific delivery requests or need assistance, please contact our customer service team.

In-Store Pickup

For customers who prefer to collect their orders in person, we offer in-store pickup. Our pickup hours are 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday. To ensure a smooth pickup experience, please bring your order confirmation email and a valid form of identification. We’ll have your order ready for you!

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. This number allows you to monitor your order's status through the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available, as it may take some time for the carrier to update their system.

If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at sales@piratecampco.com.au. Include your name and order number in your message, and our team will investigate the issue promptly to assist you.

What should I do if my order is marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?

If your order status indicates that it has been delivered, but you have not received it, please check around your delivery location for any hidden spots where the package may have been left. Please provide your order number and details of the issue, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We can only update the shipping address if the order has not yet been processed. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return policy once the package arrives at the original address. Do you offer shipping on weekends or public holidays?

Currently, we do not offer shipping on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day. For urgent shipping needs, we recommend selecting our Express Shipping option, which offers faster delivery times. Keep in mind that while we strive to meet estimated delivery times, external factors such as weather conditions and carrier delays may impact the shipping process.

Are there any restrictions on shipping certain items?
