At Pirate Camp Co., we want your order to arrive safe and ready for adventure — but we know things don’t always go to plan. That’s why we offer Shipping Protection to cover your purchase against damage, loss, or theft during transit. Our goal is to make the claims process straightforward and fair, so you can get back on the road with minimal fuss

What Shipping Protection Covers:

 Damage: If your product arrives broken, defective, or unusable due to shipping, we’ll replace it once damage is verified.

 Loss: If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll replace or refund your purchase.

What’s Not Covered:

• Orders sent to the wrong address provided by the customer

• Minor cosmetic damage to packaging (where the product is unaffected)

• Damage that occurs after installation or use

 Delivery delays due to carrier or customs processes

• Items left unattended after delivery (if instructions were given)

How to Make a Claim:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date if lost).
  2. Send photos of the damage, your order confirmation, and tracking info.
  3. Our team will review and process your claim, usually within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Protection is automatically offered at checkout for a small fee based on your order value. If you choose not to add it, Pirate Camp Co. cannot be responsible for loss, damage, or theft once your items leave our warehouse.
