The parcel shelf is only designed for storing soft & lightweight items. It is not designed or intended for the storage of heavy items, rigid items or anything that can become a projectile in the event of an accident or while off-roading. We recommend securing larger items with Velcro straps.
It is the vehicle operator’s responsibility –
-To ensure all items are securely always stored or fastened in the parcel shelf
-To ensure No person/s are seated in the row of seats below the parcel shelf as this presents a deadly hazard in the event of an accident
-If you wish to use the row of seating, you must ensure shelf, and all brackets have been removed before seating occupants
-To ensure that the max payload of 10kg is not exceeded
-To ensure that item weights are evenly distributed over the shelf

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Returns Policy
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs & a 20% restocking/admin fee.
If the item has been fitted, damaged or marked in any way we will not be able to process a refund.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@piratecampco.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
