At Pirate Camp Co., we’re committed to making sure your order arrives safe and sound, ready for adventure. While we pack every item with care, sometimes things can go wrong during shipping. To give you peace of mind, we offer Shipping Protection to cover your order against damage, loss, or theft.

What Shipping Protection Covers

 Damage

• If your product arrives damaged, defective, or unusable due to shipping, we’ll replace it at no cost once the damage is verified.

 Loss

• If your order is lost in transit and confirmed undeliverable by the carrier, we’ll replace or refund your order.

What’s Not Covered

 Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
Minor cosmetic damage to packaging (if the product itself is unaffected)

Damage to product that has been fitted to a vehicle.
 Delivery delays due to the carrier or customs processing
Items left unattended after confirmed delivery (if instructions were given to leave in a safe place)

 

 

How to Make a Claim

1. Notify us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date if lost).
2. Provide proof – photos of damage, your order confirmation, or a carrier tracking number.
3. We’ll review and process your claim within 5–7 business days.

Cost of Shipping Protection

• Shipping Protection is automatically available at checkout for a small fee, based on the value of your order.
• If declined, Pirate Camp Co. cannot be held responsible for damage, loss, or theft once the order has left our warehouse.
