Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs & a 20% restocking/admin fee.
If the item has been fitted, damaged or marked in any way we will not be able to process a refund.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@piratecampco.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

yes, we have designed this to wokr with both the plastic & spray in tub liners, as well as those with out a tub liner.
will this work with my roller shutter?
yes, however if you have a cargo management rail you will need to remove that to fit a 20L jerry nicely.
will this suit my aerial?
the aerial mount is designed to suit 99% of aerials, from the smaller diameter of GME up to the larger diameter bolt of Uniden, including oricom, eco-x and many more.
