We ship Australia wide utilising Australia Post, StarTrack, Toll Ipec & Occasionally other couriers are sourced, which you pick at time of order.

In-store pickup

Our in-store pickup hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday - Thursday & 7:30am - 2pm on Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to collect.

While we make every effort to honour the shipping method you select at checkout, there may be rare occasions where your chosen carrier or service is temporarily unavailable at the time of dispatch.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@piratecampco.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns Policy

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs & a 20% restocking/admin fee. 

If the item has been fitted, damaged or marked in any way we will not be able to process a refund. 

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@piratecampco.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

no, this is a usb plug and play.

do i need a specific wattage output to run my starlink 12v?

yes, you will need a minimum 100w out to usb c to power the starlink

do i need a voltage booster to run my starlink?

no, however, a voltage booster will give you full speed, lower power input reduces the speed of the starlink, however if you are just social media scrolling, emails, text, phone calls and general internet it is fine. for video uplaods, gaming etc you will want the voltage booster.
