The parcel shelf is only designed for storing soft & lightweight items. It is not designed or intended for the storage of heavy items, rigid items or anything that can become a projectile in the event of an accident or while off-roading. We recommend securing larger items with Velcro straps.
It is the vehicle operator’s responsibility –
-To ensure all items are securely always stored or fastened in the parcel shelf
-To ensure No person/s are seated in the row of seats below the parcel shelf as this presents a deadly hazard in the event of an accident
-If you wish to use the row of seating, you must ensure shelf, and all brackets have been removed before seating occupants
-To ensure that the max payload of 10kg is not exceeded
To ensure that item weights are evenly distributed over the shelf

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Our in-store pickup hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday - Thursday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@piratecampco.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs & a 20% restocking/admin fee.
If the item has been fitted, damaged or marked in any way we will not be able to process a refund.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@piratecampco.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Awesome product. Ordered and had shipped to the US due to the lack of options available here. VERY happy with the product function and quality. I highly recommend getting this to add more storage to the LC 250.
If I had any critique, it would be about the quality of the handle. A nice metal handle would have been the perfect touch. The plastic one feels a little cheap compared to the rest of the product, which is exceptionally well built.

Well Engineered Product...But small issues in 7 seater LC250
Firstly, I love your products and the QUALITY and TLC that goes into your customer service. I ordered this parcel shelf and had it delivered to South Africa (SA). In SA we get the 7 seater 250... with seats 6 & 7 being electric. After I installed the shelf, I realised that I might have issues with the position of the shelf due to the headrests... and I was right. I moved the shelf higher and further into the vehicle to help with clearance. Now, with a bit of force, I can get the headrests up. SO for the engineers @ PirateCamp Co... some extra holds at the place where the shelf attaches to the vehicle in combination with the holes in the shelf that already exist would make your product super flexible for all variants of the LC250...
