Our in-store pickup hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday - Thursday & 7:30am - 2pm on Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to collect.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@piratecampco.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns Policy
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs & a 20% restocking/admin fee.
If the item has been fitted, damaged or marked in any way we will not be able to process a refund.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@piratecampco.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

how far from the roof does this sit?
we target 160mm of clearance from the roof.varies plus or minus 10mm in some models. this gives you about 140mm of clearance form the truss.
can i sit occupants in the seats below still?
No, it is unsafe in the event of an accident.

Should be the first upgrade you do
This parcel shelf is amazing. Can't recommend highly enough.
To answer the questions I had:
Does it rattle? No. Things on it do (obviously) but the shelf itself is silent.
Does it block much view? A little off the top but doesn't change vision of traffic. See pic of rear vision mirror.
Build quality? Excellent. One reviewer commented on the handle being lower quality, which I agree with, but I don't feel like it's going to break, just not up to the same quality as the rest of the shelf.
Is install hard to do solo? Not at all. I used cardboard boxes and a towel to lift it to the right height and hold it in place while I bolted it in. No need to adopt the dead beetle approach like a mad pirate.

Unlike any other shelf!
Awesome product. Ordered and had shipped to the US due to the lack of options available here. VERY happy with the product function and quality. I highly recommend getting this to add more storage to the LC 250.
If I had any critique, it would be about the quality of the handle. A nice metal handle would have been the perfect touch. The plastic one feels a little cheap compared to the rest of the product, which is exceptionally well built.

Well Engineered Product...But small issues in 7 seater LC250
Firstly, I love your products and the QUALITY and TLC that goes into your customer service. I ordered this parcel shelf and had it delivered to South Africa (SA). In SA we get the 7 seater 250... with seats 6 & 7 being electric. After I installed the shelf, I realised that I might have issues with the position of the shelf due to the headrests... and I was right. I moved the shelf higher and further into the vehicle to help with clearance. Now, with a bit of force, I can get the headrests up. SO for the engineers @ PirateCamp Co... some extra holds at the place where the shelf attaches to the vehicle in combination with the holes in the shelf that already exist would make your product super flexible for all variants of the LC250...
