This parcel shelf is intended only for soft and lightweight items. It is not designed for the storage of heavy or rigid objects, or anything that could become a projectile during an accident or while off-roading. We recommend using Velcro straps to secure larger items.
It is the vehicle operator’s responsibility to:
Ensure all items placed on the shelf are securely fastened at all times.
Never seat passengers in the row of seats directly below the shelf, as this poses a serious hazard in the event of an accident.
Remove the shelf and all mounting brackets before using the rear seats for passengers.
Ensure the maximum load of 10kg is not exceeded.
Distribute item weight evenly across the surface of the shelf.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@piratecampco.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs & a 20% restocking/admin fee.
If the item has been fitted, damaged or marked in any way we will not be able to process a refund.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@piratecampco.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
