How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@piratecampco.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns Policy
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs & a 20% restocking/admin fee.
If the item has been fitted, damaged or marked in any way we will not be able to process a refund.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@piratecampco.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Yes, every 6 months remove the extinguisher from the bracket tuen it upside down and hold it for 30 seconds, then let it sit upright for the same, check the pressure gauge is still in the green, pin is secure and mark the date on the tag.

The bracket offers a clever and secure way to install your extinguisher without any need for drilling or modifying your cabin. Purchased the bracket and extinguisher for my Ford Everest Tremor, it fits perfectly. You can move the seat all the forward and it has plenty of clearance, easy to install no hassle for that extra peace of mind.
