Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs & a 20% restocking/admin fee.
If the item has been fitted, damaged or marked in any way we will not be able to process a refund.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@piratecampco.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

the factory guard on the facelift 70 series, has a top hat sheet metal spacer, when put through harsh vibrations like rough corrugated roads, the good old rough back roads they tend to crack and fail. this bracce has been designed to offer extra support and prevent this from happening.

The kit requires a captured nut on the guard but my vehicle just has a hole at the location so additional parts are needed but are not included. I have emailed but have not received any response yet (five days). Very expensive and possibly unnecessary product and now a slow (or zero?) response to an easily rectified problem. Could do better
