Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Estimates

Local delivery

We ship Australia wide utilising Australia Post, StarTrack, Toll Ipec & Occasionally other couriers are sourced, which you pick at time of order.

In-store pickup

Our in-store pickup hours are 7:30am–4:00pm, Monday–Thursday, and 7:30am–2:00pm on Friday. Please wait until you receive your “Order is Ready for Pickup” email confirming that your order is ready before coming to collect.

Choice of Service Provider

While we make every effort to honour the shipping method you select at checkout, there may be rare occasions where your chosen carrier or service is temporarily unavailable at the time of dispatch.

In such cases, we reserve the right to use an alternative, reputable shipping provider that closely matches the cost and estimated delivery timeframe of your original selection.

Our priority is to ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible, and we will always choose the most efficient and reliable option available to fulfil that promise.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: In most countries throughout the world excluding the USA & Hawaii. the USA & Hawaii will be opened up in the coming months once we negotiate a way forward with the tariffs that suits both our customers interests & ours.   

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@piratecampco.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Policy Updates

This Policy may change from time to time and is available on our website.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs & a 20% restocking/admin fee. 

If the item has been fitted, damaged or marked in any way we will not be able to process a refund. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@piratecampco.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
