Designed for those with compact setups, the X-Tend features innovative telescopic arms that expand from a sleek 1700mm closed length to full-size coverage at the click of a button. Whether you’re running a smaller fibreglass canopy or a compact wagon like a Jimny, this awning delivers serious shade without taking up unnecessary space.

Built with the same premium materials as our flagship 270 PLUS, the X-Tend combines rugged durability with effortless function. From its welded gusseted arms to its ripstop polycotton canvas and high-strength aluminium frame, every detail is made to withstand real use in the harshest conditions. Compact when you need it, full-sized when you need that extra bit of shade — the X-Tend is the ultimate space-saving upgrade for any touring setup.

We ship Australia wide utilising Australia Post, StarTrack, Toll Ipec & Occasionally other couriers are sourced, which you pick at time of order.

In-store pickup

Our in-store pickup hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday - Thursday & 7:30am - 2pm on Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to collect.

Choice of Service Provider

While we make every effort to honour the shipping method you select at checkout, there may be rare occasions where your chosen carrier or service is temporarily unavailable at the time of dispatch.

In such cases, we reserve the right to use an alternative, reputable shipping provider that closely matches the cost and estimated delivery timeframe of your original selection.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: In most countries throughout the world excluding the USA & Hawaii. the USA & Hawaii will be opened up in the coming months once we negotiate a way forward with the tariffs that suits both our customers interests & ours.   

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@piratecampco.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns Policy

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs & a 20% restocking/admin fee. 

If the item has been fitted, damaged or marked in any way we will not be able to process a refund. 

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@piratecampco.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
