Our in-store pickup hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday - Thursday & 7:30am - 2pm on Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to collect.

We offer international shipping to the following countries: In most countries throughout the world excluding the USA & Hawaii. the USA & Hawaii will be opened up in the coming months once we negotiate a way forward with the tariffs that suits both our customers interests & ours.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@piratecampco.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs & a 20% restocking/admin fee.
If the item has been fitted, damaged or marked in any way we will not be able to process a refund.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@piratecampco.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

How good is our Tub Switch Panel for Volkswagen Amarok 2023+?
The team were great in getting this panel out to me via Express Post once a production delay was identified. The shipping cost was credited back to me, and the panel was dispatched promptly.
The panel itself fits perfectly, and I opted for the loaded version with all switches pre-installed.
If there is one minor point for improvement, it would be that the compressor cut-out is left open on the loaded version. It might be worth including a rubber grommet or cover for customers who don’t have a compressor installed.
Overall, a great product and excellent customer service.
