Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs & a 20% restocking/admin fee.
If the item has been fitted, damaged or marked in any way we will not be able to process a refund.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@piratecampco.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

How good is our Under Bonnet Auxiliary Battery Mount for Ford Ranger Super Duty 2025+?
I fitted it myself following the instructional video. A couple of things with the Super Duty are -a bit of cutting the plastic wheel guard under the airbox is required and refitting the airbox is a chore having the safari snorkel. I found taking the top off the airbox and removing the filter made it a lot easier to get the intake hose back on. I also cable tied a hose away from the battery box that looked like it might rub
